Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique backgrounds and needs of each patient, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring thoroughness in record-keeping.

• Engage in regular case conferences, team discussions, and training sessions focused on enhancing cultural competency in the workplace.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
