Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and client interviews.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms, employing varied therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as appropriate.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and provide ongoing encouragement and guidance to foster growth and resilience throughout the treatment process.

• Maintain up-to-date, precise documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in line with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient management.

Qualifications\n
