Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and detailed evaluations to identify clients' needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, catering to the unique requirements of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain a consistent schedule while offering flexible appointment times to accommodate clients’ diverse lives, ensuring they receive consistent care.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with all ethical, legal, and organizational policies using advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
