A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to $100,000 is offered, in addition to a sign-on bonus.

Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Working from your preferred environment allows for flexibility while maintaining a balance between personal and professional commitments. Office hours are structured to promote work-life balance, operating typically from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct extensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, focusing on the severity and nature of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans based on their specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client.

• Provide clear education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, outlining treatment options and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, utilizing feedback to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate an integrated approach to mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a recognized institution.
