Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting wellness and recovery.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to address specific client needs.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring access to necessary mental health services.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and maintain confidentiality to uphold ethical standards in all therapy practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge base, thereby improving client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to adults, facing a variety of mental health issues including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in any of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related discipline is highly preferred.
