Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, adolescents, and groups to identify needs and develop client-centered treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and maintain precise documentation of assessments, treatment interventions, and care plans to enhance interdisciplinary communication.
