This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our team operates within a telehealth framework, providing services during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This setting enables you to engage with clients through secure video and chat platforms, ensuring access to quality mental health care from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and psychological conditions through video consultations, evaluating the severity and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Collaboratively design and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account each client's unique needs, preferences, and objectives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address client's mood-related challenges.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment strategies, and self-care methods, facilitating informed decision-making.

• Track and document clients' progress consistently and adapt treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving therapeutic goals and outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated treatment approaches that optimize client outcomes.

• Stay abreast of emerging research and best practices in the mental health field to continually enhance service delivery.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with clients facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Maryland as a LCSW-C, LCMFT, LMFT, or LCPC.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive client outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
