Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the mental health needs and backgrounds of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice in the State of New Jersey. Appropriate licenses include LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing psychotherapy to adults or adolescents.

• Training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Strong skills in conducting intake assessments, diagnosis, and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Excellent documentation and writing abilities to ensure accurate record-keeping.

• A clean professional record free from any disciplinary actions by a licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, as well as bonuses for successful client placements. Additionally, our therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
