Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate consultations for crisis management, contributing to the creation of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Document patient progress and treatment interventions in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of clinical records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support plans, enhancing the quality of care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings to stay current with best practices and innovations in mental health care.

• Serve as a conduit between clients and community resources, fostering relationships with local and state agencies to optimize care and support systems.
