The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, based on your caseload and experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients through initial consultations and ongoing sessions, using validated tools to gather relevant information.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver individual therapy sessions that promote personal growth, helping clients set and achieve therapeutic goals in alignment with their values.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring responsiveness to changes in client circumstances or needs.

• Document all client interactions and treatment processes accurately to comply with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele across varied demographics, focusing on helping individuals facing issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, or relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.
