Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather detailed patient histories, enabling the identification of effective treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing patients with a safe space to express themselves, develop coping strategies, and progress through their healing journeys.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques to assist patients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients struggling with the aftermath of traumatic experiences. Many of our patients seek help for PTSD, complex trauma, and associated mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) within the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, providing direct care to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
