Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health conditions, including initial diagnostic evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments to monitor progress.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based strategies appropriate for diverse client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and integrated care for each client.

• Educate and involve families in the therapeutic process, helping them understand their loved one's challenges and encouraging their active participation in the recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment progress and interventions.
