Work Environment\n

This position operates within a remote work setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining engagement through virtual platforms. You will have the opportunity to provide therapy to a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Regular business hours are maintained, specifically Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring a work-life balance conducive for you.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, allowing you to customize your approach for effective client engagement.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building therapeutic relationships built on trust and empathy.
