This role is entirely remote, providing flexibility in your work setting. As a part of a detox center, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while still delivering impactful therapy. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM; however, some flexibility may be required based on the needs of your patients, ensuring that we can accommodate them during critical times.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients’ needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create individualized treatment plans that promote healing.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other established methodologies, adapting your approach to suit the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring compliance and protecting patient privacy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care.

• Engage regularly in case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing among colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and accessible community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients in a detox setting, many of whom may be experiencing co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
