Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, ensuring that our therapists can provide care in a flexible and comfortable setting while still meeting the needs of our clients. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for collaboration and community outreach. We encourage our therapists to connect and share insights, further enhancing the supportive culture we have established. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care, to facilitate effective treatment.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all clinical and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, including psychiatrists and support staff, to optimize treatment strategies and promote holistic client care.

• Engage in community outreach activities, representing It's Your Move Counseling at local events to expand our presence and educate the public on mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population presenting various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. We prioritize a client-centered approach, ensuring that therapy is tailored to meet the specific cultural and individual needs of each person we serve. You will have the opportunity to empower clients through evidence-based practices and empathetic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
