Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Ability to manage high-stress situations with calmness and clarity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
