Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide exceptional client service, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client.

• Document case notes, treatment plan updates, and progress in compliance with company policies to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, and depending on your expertise, you may also conduct family, marital, or group counseling sessions.

• Facilitate mental health screenings and assessments to identify treatment needs and recommend appropriate interventions.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to exchange insights and develop best practices for mental health therapy.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations while maintaining confidentiality and advocating for clients' rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Experience with co-occurring disorders, individual therapy, and group sessions is highly beneficial, as you will assist clients in navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational difficulties. By tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the needs of each unique client, you will facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in mental health counseling, social work, or a related field.

• A valid and active license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Professional Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LCSW).

• At least 2 years of relevant experience providing therapy to individuals dealing with mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience in treating co-occurring disorders and implementing therapeutic techniques specifically for substance abuse when applicable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and contributions to our mission.
