Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health challenges and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that cater to individual goals.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure an integrative approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate client records with stringent adherence to all regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within telehealth practices.

• Provide guidance and support to clients' families, facilitating their involvement in the therapeutic process to bolster recovery efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse client base seeking mental health support related to anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic stress, and relationship issues. The therapist will engage with clients who may require culturally sensitive approaches due to their unique backgrounds and experiences. Therefore, cultural awareness and understanding are essential in fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on your qualifications and experience.
