Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and formulate suitable treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at nurturing trauma recovery and resilience among patients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process their traumatic experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and support their overall healing.

• Engage in collaborative practices with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and integrated treatment planning.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and trauma-related emergency support to patients as situations arise.

• Educate patients and family members about trauma responses, coping techniques, and resources available to aid in recovery.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education initiatives focused on trauma-informed care and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
