Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a full-time therapist who will primarily engage with clients in a remote outpatient setting, which allows for flexibility and convenience while maintaining high-quality therapy sessions. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, aligning with our clients' schedules, and integrating into our well-structured, customer-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate the scope and nature of mental health issues faced by patients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews.

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as a LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
