Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, providing psychoeducation and therapy grounded in proven methodologies tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Oversee the treatment process, making necessary adjustments based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.

• Supervise post-master fellows and associate clinicians, sharing your expertise to foster their professional development, if you have completed the required supervision course.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments aligned with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Utilize community resources and collaborate with external agencies to enhance the support provided to clients, ensuring comprehensive treatment initiatives.

• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development that enhances service delivery and client outcomes.

• Advise families on implementing prescribed treatments and procedures effectively, reinforcing their involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Document and report any safety concerns or incidents to relevant authorities, adhering to mandatory reporting laws.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid California license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) at the time of hire.

• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to client care, coupled with strategic problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences are advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Peace, Mind and Life Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
