Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical, compassionate mental health counseling to clients via secure video chat platforms, utilizing best practices in telehealth.

• Conducting thorough assessments of client needs, which will inform the development of comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients cultivate new coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication methods.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records while keeping paperwork to a minimum, allowing you to focus more on client interaction and treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on assisting stable low-acuity adults who are experiencing various mental health challenges. This includes clients dealing with anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your approach will be client-centered, ensuring they receive the support they need in a non-judgmental and empathetic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current state licensure is mandatory for one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Candidates must possess independent licensure, allowing for practice without supervision.

• No prior disciplinary actions against your license will be accepted.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a high level of computer literacy for effective use of our telehealth platform.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection is essential for successful virtual counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote mental health services is an advantage.
