Work Environment\n

Your role will be entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing continuous support to your clients. We utilize secure and user-friendly telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring an environment that is both safe and conducive to effective therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions from evidence-based modalities, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment goals based on the client's progress and feedback.

• Meet the documentation requirements by maintaining accurate and timely records of patient interactions and progress within 24 to 48 hours of session completion.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and primary care professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Stay abreast of current mental health trends and best practices through ongoing clinical research and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population facing a wide array of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele spans various age groups and backgrounds, which requires a culturally competent approach to care. You will be tasked with ensuring an inclusive environment where all individuals feel respected and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Possession of an active and valid mental health license in the state of California (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services, preferably in a private practice or outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competency, inclusivity, and sensitivity when working with diverse populations.

• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload that aligns with ethical and professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches is preferred.

• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technologies will facilitate your transition into our remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
