Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evaluate clients’ mental health needs, including analyzing symptomology, acuity levels, strengths, and therapeutic requirements.

• Develop culturally appropriate and family-centered treatment plans tailored to individual or group therapy sessions, ensuring that your therapeutic approach is respectful and inclusive.

• Utilize trauma-informed practices to create a safe environment for clients that encourages openness and healing.

• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary clinical teams and community service coordinators to establish comprehensive care pathways for clients.

• Complete timely clinical documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to all program standards and policies.

• Maintain detailed case files and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while assessing clients and providing crisis intervention as necessary.

• Manage a designated client caseload in alignment with programmatic needs, ensuring clients receive continuity of care and consistent support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
