Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and utilize evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that address each client's specific mental health needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), providing clients with tools and techniques to build resilience and cope with challenges.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring that client information is both secure and accessible for treatment purposes.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse treatment team that includes psychiatrists and other mental health practitioners to facilitate holistic care approaches for clients.

• Participate in ongoing peer consultations and training sessions designed to promote continuous professional growth and to stay informed about best practices in mental health treatment.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, including treatment options and community resources, empowering them to be active participants in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• Experience in solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to implement tailored treatment interventions based on the unique needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
