Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify and understand client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to help clients develop coping strategies and improve their mental health.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient information is kept confidential and secure.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care that addresses all facets of patient health.

• Participate in peer consultation and case review meetings to continually enhance the quality of care provided, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, therapy processes, and available resources in the community, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in mental health care.

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Proven experience in deploying solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the development of strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required. Experience working with a diverse array of mental health issues, particularly within community health environments, is highly desirable.
