Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to determine clients' needs and treatment objectives.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across various formats such as individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and families, empowering them with the skills needed to manage their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n
