Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct compassionate and confidential counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on supporting stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. This demographic includes clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their mental health journeys, providing them with necessary tools and strategies for improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions against your professional credentials.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with an empathetic disposition that fosters a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual therapy sessions, client management, and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a licensed mental health therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on your experience and working hours. Additional benefits include:
