This position is entirely remote, catering to professionals who prefer to work from home while engaging with clients via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a regular work schedule as established with your direct supervisor to ensure consistent availability for client sessions.

• Accurately follow all directives and administrative policies set forth by the organization, contributing to a smoothly operating clinical environment.

• Continuously maintain an active Oregon Driver’s License and current CPR and First Aid certifications to fulfill professional requirements.
\n
• Utilize the electronic medical record system to document patient interactions, progress, and treatment plans accurately.

• Engage positively in required team meetings and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.

• Provide guidance and information for clients needing assistance with financial or social services.
\n
• Demonstrate effective organizational skills and prioritize tasks to manage a high caseload without compromising service quality.

• Stay informed of best practices and seek ongoing professional development to maintain clinical competencies and licensure requirements.

• Other responsibilities may be assigned based on operational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health counseling to young individuals experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and academic pressures. By utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, you will work to empower clients, equipping them with life skills and coping strategies essential for their development and success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent mental health license in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
