Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and tailor individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Deliver various modalities of therapy, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment pathways, and valuable community resources, advocating for their needs as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you serve will include a diverse demographic, encompassing individuals, couples, families, and groups from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your work will address a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the State of Georgia.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical teletherapy setting is highly desirable, although entry-level applicants with the requisite qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n
