Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand the mental health issues, challenges, and history of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, helping them navigate immediate challenges and develop coping strategies.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n
