This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while attending to the needs of our clients. You will follow a structured work schedule, operating during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, duration, and frequency of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in managing their mood disorders effectively.

• Provide education and ongoing support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote healthier lifestyles.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and integrated healthcare teams to align care strategies and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mood disorder treatments and incorporate evidence-based practices into your therapy sessions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on clients experiencing a range of mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.
