Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and observational techniques.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, goals, and expectations, employing a patient-centered approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective treatment interventions and monitor their impact on client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and available treatment options; providing essential self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Track and document client progress in detail, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on observed outcomes and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
