This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing therapists to maintain a balance between personal and professional life while delivering essential mental health services. You will be part of a dynamic outpatient team, primarily conducting sessions via telehealth, which requires adaptability and proficiency with digital communication tools for effective client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and areas for growth, which facilitates the development of customized treatment strategies.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, catering to the unique preferences and requirements of individuals or family units.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at creating a safe community for clients facing common mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated and cohesive treatment plans, monitoring progress and modifying strategies as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies, and implementing safety plans when required.
\n
• Engage in educational outreach to help clients understand their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse array of individuals experiencing various mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong understanding of mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and therapeutic approaches, supported by a commitment to providing care that is compassionate and client-centered.

• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and create effective, smart treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
