Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health needs and create customized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute distress, utilizing clinical expertise and compassion to guide them through challenging situations.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity when engaging with individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a commitment to maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
