Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic techniques, adapting your approach as needed to reflect the evolving needs of clients.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to ensure holistic care.

• Work closely with case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate care, developing an integrated support system for clients facing multifaceted challenges.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress, and collaborating with emergency services when situations escalate.

• Participate actively in community outreach programs, promoting mental health awareness, education, and strategies to reduce stigma surrounding mental illness.

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills for maintaining detailed and timely documentation of client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
