Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patient histories, presenting issues, and overall mental health, leading to the creation of customized treatment plans based on evidence-based methods.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other techniques tailored to individual patient needs.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold confidentiality in patient interactions, documentation, and record-keeping.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to provide a comprehensive care experience.

• Take part in case consultations and peer reviews to refine treatment approaches and improve clinical effectiveness.

• Support patient and family education related to mental health disorders, therapeutic options, and available community resources to empower informed decisions.

Your primary focus will be working with individuals facing a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to, trauma-related issues, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
