Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work location while contributing to a valuable healthcare mission. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of your clients. You will utilize secure telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that client confidentiality is upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through video or phone consultations to identify client needs, establish treatment goals, and develop individualized plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Facilitate both psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among participants while addressing common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Offer immediate intervention and support during critical mental health crises, enabling clients to receive timely assistance and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include individuals grappling with mental health issues across the life span. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. This diversity in client demographics necessitates a nuanced understanding of different perspectives and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessing mental health disorders and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities with a proven record of establishing rapport with clients.

• Strong ethical judgment and adherence to professionalism in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
