Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through preliminary interviews and assessments, thoroughly documenting patient histories and therapy sessions from the initial consultation to treatment completion.

• Formulate and implement effective intervention and recovery plans tailored to the specific needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions to address unique client issues, while also leading group therapy sessions focusing on various mental health topics and support methodologies.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and enhance recovery pathways.

• Collaborate effectively with a network of mental health specialists, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to develop comprehensive intervention plans.

• Actively assist clients during crisis situations and provide follow-up care for those requiring hospitalization, coordinating with attending physicians to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients present with a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW within the state of Illinois.

• A successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
