Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and tailor treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services using a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, depending on client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your clinical expertise to develop immediate coping strategies and ongoing support.

• Engage in outreach activities to promote mental health awareness within the community, aiming to reduce stigma and increase accessibility of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, based on your experience and credentials.
