Our standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a stable schedule while supporting our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, evaluating the severity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms to inform treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage their symptoms effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to participate actively in their healing journey.

• Regularly monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary based on evolving needs and outcomes.

In this position, you will specifically work with clients experiencing a range of mood disorders, primarily depression and anxiety, coupled with potential complexities such as grief or trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.
