Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, as well as crisis intervention strategies, ensuring they align with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to all applicable legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize evidence-based tools for screening and assessment as recommended by the clinical team, facilitating informed treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic meets all standards for quality care.

• Function as a liaison between our clients and relevant service systems, actively networking with state agencies and community partners.

• Foster effective communication with clients, service systems, and community stakeholders, ensuring transparency and adherence to contractual standards.

• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote clinic programs, identify partnership opportunities, and secure additional funding sources.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending conferences, facilitating training sessions, and representing the clinic in various community and professional settings.

• Embrace and promote the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and responsibilities assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
