Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify mental health issues and create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and shifting needs.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person appointments.

• Maintain organized and timely documentation of treatment progress, treatment plans, and client communications to uphold ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications\n
