Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health challenges, risks, and needs. This includes administering diagnostic assessments to identify conditions such as anxiety, depression, and addiction.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to each client's unique situation. Engage clients in therapeutic techniques to help them manage stress, trauma, and emotional disturbances effectively.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, such as support or psychoeducational groups, fostering a safe space for clients to share their experiences and build community among peers with similar challenges.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions, regularly reviewing progress and adapting strategies as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Respond to clients in crisis, providing immediate support, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with emergency services or other professionals for emergency interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
