Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility in a supportive outpatient office setting. Our team operates between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, fostering a healthy work-life balance for all employees. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments of elderly residents to identify their specific psychological and emotional care needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to address the unique emotional challenges associated with aging, including coping with loss, retirement transitions, and chronic illnesses.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop integrative, personalized care plans that enhance the physical and mental well-being of geriatric clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is focused on elderly clients who are navigating various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Unity Harbor Center offers a competitive yearly salary range of $65,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive sign-on bonus.
