Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions encompassing individual, group, and family therapy to address an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relational difficulties.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, strengths, and recovery goals.

• Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team, offering insights and suggestions to enhance overall client care, while referring clients to appropriate resources as needed.

• Maintain thorough and confidential electronic health records using secure systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and pursue ongoing professional development activities to remain knowledgeable of best practices and maintain licensure.

• Respond to crisis situations with effective intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments and working with clients to develop safety plans as required.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
