This position will be remote, allowing you to offer supportive mental health services to our clients in Spokane, Washington. While the typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, some evening or weekend hours may be required to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored for geriatric populations.

• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes efficiently to meet regulatory standards, ensuring proper record-keeping in accordance with best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement personalized behavior support plans and crisis intervention strategies for seniors.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
\n
• Serve as a key liaison with local agencies, community partners, and state resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain an open line of communication to enhance program development and address the evolving needs of the clients we serve.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending relevant workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings.

• Champion the mission and values of Client Centered Counseling Center by integrating them into daily practice and community outreach efforts.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with senior adults facing various mental health challenges related to aging. This includes assisting clients coping with grief, adjusting to life transitions such as retirement or loss of independence, and addressing underlying mental health issues such as depression or anxiety common in geriatric populations. Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients is essential for promoting their well-being and encouraging their engagement in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• Minimum of four years of direct counseling experience, specifically focused on geriatric mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
