Work Environment\n

This full-time role operates within a remote setting, allowing you flexibility while providing structured, quality care. You will adhere to a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adjustments possible to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnicities, cultures, sexual orientations, and life experiences. Clients often seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding and addressing the specific needs of these populations will be central to your practice. You will utilize culturally-responsive approaches to ensure that care is personalized and effectively addresses the unique circumstances faced by each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited higher education institution.

• A current and active license as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts, affirming your qualifications to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
