Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss challenges, and facilitate appropriate discharge planning when required.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain up-to-date and thorough documentation, including progress notes, to monitor client health outcomes effectively.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions, utilizing feedback to enhance clinical skills and promote professional growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center caters to a broad spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and families who are grappling with various mental health challenges. You will provide direct therapeutic services to individuals seeking support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following your graduation.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology and software platforms for documentation and management, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Demonstrated experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
