Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a productive therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss challenges, and update treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining detailed progress notes and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment approaches.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions for professional development and guidance in clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Griffin and Associates, you will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role is vital in helping clients achieve stability, understand their emotions, and develop effective coping strategies. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency with digital tools including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and their families, especially through telehealth modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
